Abstract
With the increasing demand for intensification of coastal city development,how to efficiently lay out the space in which the city is located becomes the key to urban development.The paper uses fractal theory to study the coastal city of Qingdao,which has both spatial and temporal attributes of"belt"and"ring"forms,and reveals its evolutionary characteristics.The results show that:①The evolution of Qingdao's urban external form shows the trend of"balanced agglomeration on the axis → balanced distribution of ring-shaped multi-clusters".② Industrial land shows a balanced expansion trend,while commercial and residential land shows a fluctuating expansion trend.On this basis,relevant suggestions are put forward to provide references for Qingdao to clarify the direction of spatial development and key construction areas,and to improve the filling efficiency of land resources in its future urban development.关键词
