共生视角下经济发达地区初生型城中村更新策略探析
Exploration on the Renewal Strategy of Nascent Urban Villages in Economically Developed Areas from the Perspective of Symbiosis:A Case of Chishi Village in Shenzhen-Shantou Special Cooperation Zone

Abstract
In the context of new urbanization and rural revitalization,many suburban villages in developed areas are showing a trend of being transformed into urban villages,and the development contradictions are increasingly prominent.Based on the concept of urban-village coexistence,this paper takes Chishi Village in Shenzhen-Shantou Cooperation Zone as an example to explore how to preserve and inherit the village's history and culture through the intervention and guidance of planning in its nascent stage,and to achieve a harmonious coexistence with the city in the future from the perspectives of sustainable living environment,shared supporting facilities,increased people's livelihood and welfare,historical and cultural protection and industrial economic prosperity.It also provides a reference for the renewal of nascent urban villages in other economically developed areas.关键词
