The Protection and Development of the Historical Context of the Multicultural Ancient City:A Case of Xiyang Ancient City
摘要
Abstract
The superposition of multiple spatial forms and diverse construction styles poses significant limitations on the protection of the historical and cultural heritage of the ancient city.This paper takes the ancient city of Xiyang as an example to systematically study the proposition of the inheritance and continuation of the historical and cultural context of the ancient city.Xiyang Ancient City is located in Jinzhong City,Shanxi Province,with a unique and diverse cultural context and rich architectural and cultural heritage,possessing high historical,cultural,and artistic value.By sorting out the cultural,spatial,and environmental aspects of the ancient city of Xiyang,the characteristics of cultural diversity,spatial complexity,and environmental overlap of the ancient city were summarized,and based on this,the protection strategies for the inheritance and continuation of the historical and cultural context of the ancient city were proposed.This paper directly provides a reference for the preparation of the protection plan for the ancient city of Xiyang,and provides a reference for the protection and renewal of other multicultural ancient cities in the country.关键词
