Quantitative Analysis on Catalyst Activation Factors of Urban Abandoned Railways
摘要
Abstract
With the acceleration of urbanization and the shortage of land resources,the abandoned railway area,as an important resource for urban renewal,is facing the challenge of revitalization and regeneration.The purpose of this paper was to guide the activation and regeneration of abandoned railways through catalyst theory,and to quantitatively evaluate the catalyst activation factors of abandoned railways in Dalian Locomotive Factory by using Delphi method and network analysis method.The results show that the weight of place function element is the highest,followed by spatial form element,and perceptual image element is the lowest.Based on these findings,a catalyst activation and regeneration strategy at three scales,including city,block and node,is proposed to promote the sustainable development of the city and the protection and reuse of cultural heritage.关键词
