城市老旧住区小尺度街道的建筑小品设计研究
Research on the Design of Architectural Oddments in Small Scale Streets in Old Urban Residential Areas:A Case of Changrong West 1st Road in Chenghua District,Chengdu

Abstract
Under the background of current urban renewal,urban construction is changing to stock renewal.Since large-scale demolition and construction are not advocated,focusing on the design of architectural oddment in the small-scale streets of old residential areas is a powerful means to improve urban public services,to activate the vitality of old communities,and to shape the new urban style.Taking Changrong West 1st Road in Chenghua District of Chengdu as an example,starting from the demands of the residents in the old residential areas,this paper investigates small-scale streets in old residential areas from a bottom-up perspective to extract the characteristics of crowd activities.According to the analysis results,five design principles,namely people-orientation,economical application,partial design,sustainable design and respect for regional context,are proposed,and detailed design contents of the architectural oddments are generated under the guidance of these principles.The research results of this design fully respect the will of community residents,and take into account the convenience,practicality and economy.In the wave of urban renewal,it has certain reference and reference significance for the design of architectural oddments in small-scale streets in old residential areas.关键词
