Abstract
In the context of stock,the transformation process of old communities is accelerating.In order to ensure that the disabled can travel and live independently in the community,the barrier-free design of old communities is very important.This paper takes the daily life demands of the disabled as the guidance,analyzes the problems found in the transformation and improvement of the old communities in Wuhan,and then proposes the strategies for the improvement of the barrier-free design in old communities from three aspects of pedestrian traffic,greening landscape and public activify space,with a view to improve the living environment for the disabled and other vulnerable groups in the old communities.关键词
