韧性社区理念下北京老城平房社区的现状评价与策略探究
Exploration on the Current Situation Evaluation and Strategies of Bungalow Communities in Old Beijing under the Concept of Resilient Communities:A Case of Jixiang Community on Jingshan Street

Abstract
This paper conducts a basic research on Jixiang Community in the bungalow communities in the old city of Beijing.Through the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),a resilient community evaluation system is constructed,and the resilience assessment and optimization strategy are proposed from three perspectives of spatial resilience,facility resilience and management resilience.The overall level of resilience evaluation results of Jixiang Community is quite good,but there are some factors that perform poorly,which are analyzed and then the corresponding transformation strategies are put forward.It is hoped that this paper can provide data support and direction for the transformation of the same community project in the future.关键词
