石湾森林公园开发利用现状及使用后评价研究
Study on the Current Development and Utilization Status of Shiwan Forest Park and Its Post-Occupancy Evaluation

Abstract
Taking Shiwan Forest Park in Qingdao City as the research object,the current development and utilization status of Shiwan Forest Park and its post-occupancy evaluation(POE)were conducted by the methods of questionnaire survey and behavioral notation.The results show that the users of Shiwan Forest Park are mainly residents of the surrounding area,with the majority of incense tourists from different places.The comprehensive post-occupancy evaluation of visitors shows that the park lacks timely and effective maintenance and management,and the supporting facilities are not perfect.Based on the above findings,improvement strategies are proposed for the subsequent development,construction,operation and management of Shiwan Forest Park.关键词
