Research on the Renovation Path for the Landscape in Colleges and Universities Based on AGIL Model:A Case of the Renovation of Guangmei Lake on University Town Campus of The Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts

Abstract
The landscape environment of the campus in colleges and universities is an important carrier for the inheritance of material and spiritual culture of the school,and the garden landscape is its most important component.In the context of nationwide high-quality development of the colleges and universities,it is of great practical significance to do a good job in the renovation of high-quality garden landscapes in the colleges and universities in the new era.This paper first analyzed the steps to achieve the functional goals of landscape renovation in the colleges and universities from the perspective of project life-cycle design management based on Parsons'AGIL functional model,including adapting to spatial functions,ensuring the achievement of design goals,integrating functional target values,and maintaining aesthetic education value functions,and so on.Then taking the renovation of Guangmei Lake on university town campus of The Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts as an example,this paper elaborated in detail on the entire process of achieving design functional goals and the implementation effects of the design.Finally,relevant construction experiences were proposed for peer discussion from three aspects of top-level planning,neighborhood co-construction,and good project management.关键词
