Abstract
In order to promote the construction of development-oriented cities in China and to enhance the effectiveness of the renovation of old communities in development-oriented cities,the literature research method is adopted to clarify the concept of development-oriented cities and to point out the planning goals for the social vitality regeneration of old communities in development-oriented cities.At the same time,based on the overall situation of the renovation of old communities in China's development-oriented cities,the prominent problems in their planning and design are pointed out.Finally,the experience is extracted from the case of the renovation project of old communities in Jinde area of Nangou Street in Zhifu District,Yantai City,and the regeneration planning path of community transportation,buildings,facilities,and supporting services is proposed,so as to ultimately promote the planning and construction development of China's development-oriented cities.关键词
