Abstract
The regional adaptable and passive energy-saving renovation of rural residences is a comprehensive building energy-saving renovation method that takes into account regional characteristics,cultural traditions,ecological environment,and the needs of the inhabitants.This method not only helps achieve the environmental goals of energy-saving and emission reduction,enhances the rural human settlement environment,but also effectively protects and inherits the regional traditional architectural culture.This paper focuses on rural residences in Maoming and its surrounding areas in the western Guangdong Province.Through detailed on-site surveys and analysis,it explores the regional adaptable and passive energy-saving renovation strategies for rural residences that consider the local climate conditions,traditional architectural styles,and the daily living habits of the residents,aiming to provide technical support for the sustainable development of rural residences and the construction of an ecologically livable beautiful countryside in the western Guangdong area.关键词
