Study on the Renewal Model of Industrial Buildings from the Perspective of Creative Industries:A Case of Pinghe Packaging Plant
摘要
Abstract
Along with urban renewal and industrial upgrading,creative industry orientation has become one of the transformation directions for the existing buildings.Firstly,the industrial building renewal model oriented by creative industries is constructed by taking the practice subject as the starting point.Secondly,the relationship between the practice subject and spatial characteristics is specifically analyzed through case studies.Finally,the typical characteristics of this renewal model are derived,aiming to provide relevant reference suggestions for urban renewal.关键词
