Abstract
The emergency center of a certain hospital needs to undergo energy-saving renovation.In order to improve the scientificity of the design scheme,the research process uses BIM technology for corresponding engineering management.Before the renovation,during the scheme design phase,and during the scheme evaluation phase,PKPM Energy software is used to establish a model to analyze the weak points of energy consumption control,the energy-saving effect of insulation materials,and the overall energy-saving rate of the renovation plan.The results showed that by introducing BIM technology,the exterior walls,roofs,windows,and lighting systems of the original building were effectively renovated,significantly reducing building energy consumption.关键词
