Research on Power Outage for Gas Insulated Switchgear(GIS)Expansion
对气体绝缘金属开关设备(GIS)扩建过程中的停电原因进行分析并提出可以避免停电问题的方案,对于GIS设备的选用及规划设计有着重要的指导意义.本文通过单母线、双母线、一台半断路器接线方式,分别分析了扩建过程中的停电范围.对于预留隔离开关的扩建方式,可通过增加隔离气室的方式避免设备扩建过程中的停电问题,同时可通过采用双断口隔离开关或同频同相耐压试验技术,避免耐压试验过程中停电问题.对于端部扩建方式,可首先建设扩建间隔,完成安装并对扩建部分进行耐压试验后,再进行母线对接,减少停电时间.
Analyzing the causes of power outages during the expansion process of gas insulated metal switchgear(GIS)and proposing solutions to avoid power outages is of great guiding significance for the selection and planning design of GIS equipment.This article analyzed the power outage range during the expansion process using single busbar,double busbar,and one and a half circuit breaker wiring methods.For the expansion method of reserved isolation switches,power outages during equipment expansion can be avoided by adding isolation chambers.At the same time,power outages during voltage withstand testing can be avoided by using double break isolation switches or same frequency and same phase voltage withstand testing techniques.For the end expansion method,the expansion interval can be constructed first,and after the installation is completed and the expansion part undergoes a voltage withstand test,the busbar connection can be carried out to reduce power outage time.
