燃煤电厂新增碳捕集和储存装置布置方案研究OA

目前国内对在已建电厂新增的碳捕集、储存装置布置方案缺乏研究,容易造成新增大量占地、管道布置困难并影响相关设备选型造成投资增加.基于某2×350 MW"三塔合一"间接空冷塔电厂现有厂区条件和特点,提出新增20万t/a碳捕集及储存装置的两种布置方案并进行技术经济比较,推荐充分利用间接间冷塔内空间布置碳捕集及 储存装置.在工艺流程、环境保护、占地、造价等方面具有优势,但需注意合理安排间冷塔内施工安装方案并核算间冷塔内新增的碳捕集设施对现有间冷塔性能的影响.

At present,there is a lack of research on the layout of the newly added carbon capture and storage devices in the existing power plants in China,which is likely to cause a large amount of new land occupation,difficult pipeline layout,and affect the selection of related equipment,resulting in an increase in investment.Based on the existing plant conditions and characteristics of a 2×350 MW power plant with indirect dry cooling tower of three incorporate towers system,two layout schemes for adding a 200,000-ton/year carbon capture and storage device were proposed and compared technically and economically.It is recommended to make full use of the space in the indirect dry cooling tower to arrange carbon capture and storage devices.The scheme has advantages in technological process,environmental protection,land occupation,cost,etc.However,attention should be paid to the reasonable arrangement of the construction and installation plan in the indirect dry cooling tower and the calculation of the impact of the newly added carbon capture facilities in the indirect dry cooling tower on the performance of the existing indirect dry cooling tower.
