摘要
Abstract
In order to support the implementation of typical scenarios in digital grid and promote the digital transformation of marketing,the energy Internet marketing service system has been built. With the development of the marketing service system business,the demand for voice calls to communicate with electric power consumers using mobile handset has gradually increased. This paper uses AI technology,automatic call distribution,intelligent routing and other technologies to build a digital grid voice platform with the characteristics of flexible deployment,coverage requirements,intelligent services,and easy integration to meet the call needs of onsite operators and mobile office needs,realize customer information feedback and timely customer tracking.关键词
