摘要

Abstract

Ruihuamai 519 is a new semi winter wheat variety with good comprehensive resistance,high yield and stable yield,which was bred by Jiangsu Ruihua Agricultural Technology Co.,Ltd. by crossing the high-quality strong-gluten wheat variety Yannong 19 with the dwarf and large spike wheat variety Ruihuamai 516 with good resistance through pedigree method. From 2020 to 2022,it participated in the two-year regional trial of the southern part of the national Huanghuai winter wheat region in the water area,and the average yield of the two-year regional trial was 9084.8 kg/hm2,which increased by 6.30% compared to the control Zhoumai 18. The yield increased significantly in both years compared to the control group(P<0.01). The production trial was synchronized with regiona l trial of the second year,with an average yield of 9354.0 kg/hm2,which increased by 6.71% compared to the control Zhoumai 18,reaching a highly significant level (P<0.01). In 2023,it was approved by the state,with the approval number of Guoshenmai 20230045,and has applied for the protection of national new variety rights.
