Key techniques and equipment for efficient integrated geoscience-engineering development of shale gas in Sichuan Basin

Abstract
The complex characteristics of shale gas in Sichuan Basin including complex reservoir structure,deep burial,thin sweet spot reservoirs,much-developed fractures/faults,large in-situ stress difference,high fracturing pressure and rapid production decline are rare in the world.This makes existing North American shale gas develop-ment techniques difficult to meet the special requirements of Sichuan Basin,and independent research is urgently needed for efficient shale gas development techniques suitable for complex geological conditions of Sichuan Basin.Aiming at challenges of key techniques and equipment for scientific evaluation of geological sweet spots and engi-neering sweet spots in shale gas reservoirs,efficient drilling of long horizontal section wells,staged volume fractur-ing and pressure-controlled efficient development in complex geological conditions in Sichuan Basin,based on re-search idea of integrated geoscience-engineering and taking geological modeling as foundation,new methods are in-vented for evaluating"geology-engineering"dual sweet spots in complex shale gas reservoirs,efficient pressurizing and accelerating and dynamic multi-factors individualized bit design for hard-to-drill strata and parameter optimiza-tion for integrated geoscience-engineering staged volume fracturing based on dual sweet spots.High-performance key tools and equipment are independently developed including a series of individualized efficient composite bits,radio-controlled toe fracturing sliding sleeves,fully-soldering bridge plugs and specialized compressors,forming key techniques and supporting equipment with independent intellectual property rights for efficient integrated geo-science-engineering development of shale gas in Sichuan Basin.The research achievements has been applied to 834 well times in large scale in Changning,Weiyuan and Fuling shale gas fields in Sichuan Basin and support the prog-ress of key techniques and equipment for efficient development of shale gas in China by extending bit life,reducing drilling cycles,improving fracturing efficiency and increasing single-well testing production.关键词
