摘要

Abstract

The development of large-scale offshore wind power(OWP)is one of the important measures to realize the"Dual Carbon"goal.In the conventional scheme of offshore wind farm interconnection via high voltage direct current system based on modular multilevel converter(MMC-HVDC),onshore power transmission still relies on AC overhead lines,which has shortcomings such as large occupation of transmission corridors and a large number of onshore converter stations.It is difficult to support the large-scale centralized development of OWP.Based on analyzing the development needs of OWP in China,one scheme for super-large scale OWP interconnection by applying MMC-HVDC under offshore-onshore integration is proposed,which provides one new solution for the development of ten million kW of OWP.The multi-terminal HVDC system simulation model with three sending terminals and two receiving terminals for 6000MW OWP interconnection is built on the PSCAD/EMTDC simulation platform,verifying the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed technical solution.
