钙钛矿CsPbBr3薄膜的制备及其光电性能表征
Preparation and Photoelectric Performance Characterization of Perovskite CsPbBr3 Thin Films
摘要
Abstract
This experiment is a comprehensive chemistry experiment designed for undergraduate students' ability level and integrated with the forefront of the photovoltaic field. A simple spin-coating method is used to prepare CsPbBr3 perovskite thin films on conductive glass surfaces. The assembly experiment of photodetector devices is incorporated to study the optical and photoelectric properties of CsPbBr3. Students can visually observe the intense green light emitted by the yellow CsPbBr3 material under UV laser irradiation,effectively stimulating their interest.关键词
