Abstract
In the era of digital economy,data elements which play the role of the basis of digitization and intelligence are key production factors to pro-mote economic growth.Data elements affect economic growth through assisting market players in scientific decision-making.To illustrate the impact of data elements on economic growth theoretically,this paper introduces data elements into the theoretical model of economic growth and makes numerical simulation.In addition,it applies the panel data of 284 national prefecture-level cities and above from 2013 to 2020 to verify the impact of data ele-ments on economic growth and scientific decision-making mechanisms.The results show that the increase of data element investment has witnessed the spurt of the company's profit and social total profit which will stop at a certain limit.Data sharing can effectively promote the economic growth.The de-velopment level of data elements has significantly improved economic growth.However,there exists regional heterogeneity.At the same time,scientific decision-making plays an intermediary role in economic growth.关键词
