Empowering the Specialized,Fine,Peculiar and Innovative SMEs to Internationalize through Digital Intelligence:Processes,Mechanisms and Countermeasures

Abstract
The specialized,fine,peculiar and innovative SMEs work on in-depth development and innovation in specific fields,providing unique value for the global market.Understanding their operating strategies in the global market will help improve their international management ability and enhance their global competitiveness.This paper divides the process of internationalization of the specialized,fine,peculiar and innovative SMEs into initial stage,market expansion stage and internationalization stage,and describes the characteristics of internationalization of digital intelligence-enabled enter-prises in each stage respectively.This paper analyzes the role of digital intelligence empowerment in the internationalization process of the specialized,fine,peculiar and innovative SMEs from three aspects of probability,speed and rhythm,and summarizes the relevant influencing factors from the inter-nal and external perspectives respectively.This paper provides suggestions for the global operation of SMEs:constructing the infrastructure of digital in-telligence,enhancing the application and innovation ability of digital intelligence,utilizing the international platform and partner network,and establis-hing and improving the risk management mechanism.关键词
