摘要
Abstract
This paper reviews the overall process of financial regulation with Chinese characteristics,and preliminarily divides it into three stages:uni-fied regulation,segmented regulation,and mixed regulation.On this basis,it summarizes the main characteristics of financial regulation with Chinese characteristics,and proposes five major characteristics and their internal logic:people orientation,development orientation,inclusiveness,progressive-ness,and security.Combining the recent goal of developing financial power and Chinese modernization,this paper combs the core connotation of finan-cial regulation with Chinese characteristics,and explains the relationship and main role of institutional regulation,behavioral regulation,functional reg-ulation,penetrating regulation,continuous regulation,and bottom-up regulation.Then,we try to analyze the requirements of buiding financial power and Chinese path to modernization on financial regulation with Chinese characteristics logically and philosophically,and objectively analyze the space for continuous improvement.At last,we discuss the relationship between vision,financial regulation and financial practitioners respectively.关键词
