基于多源数据的城市社区燃气管道突发事件风险分析
Risk analysis of gas pipeline emergencies in urban communities based on multi-source data
摘要
Abstract
With the massive laying of community gas pipelines, the problem of gas pipeline network security is becoming more and more prominent, once the gas pipeline is damaged or leaked,it will not only pose a se-rious threat to the life and property safety of the people, but also bring a test to the layout of a city's emer-gency resources. In order to explore the spatial characteristics of the risk of gas pipeline emergencies in ur-ban communities and to propose an optimization scheme for urban emergency resources, based on the POI data of Beijing,we divided the functional areas of the city based on the frequency density algorithm in the ArcGIS software, and derived the distribution map of the functional areas of Beijing;then, based on the POI data and the NPP/VIIRS data,we chose the SAVEE model and performed the risk analysis, and then Using the iterative model, under the premise of giving weights to the two types of data,a comprehensive e-valuation map of the risk of community gas pipeline emergencies in Beijing based on multi-source data was made;finally, based on the three different dimensions of the location-configuration model,an optimization scheme was proposed and summarized,It is concluded that in the short term,it is more reasonable to build 19 new fire stations, which can increase the coverage rate of residential district to 98.76%,and in the long term,it is more reasonable to build 24 new fire stations, which can increase the coverage rate of residential district to 98.76%.关键词
