摘要

Abstract

The occupational health hazards faced by construction workers around the trolley are a common problem in tunnel construction using drilling and blasting methods.Based on this,a ventilation scheme is proposed for the local air purification of the air quality improvement device at the arch point inside the tunnel in collaboration with compressed air supply outside the tunnel.Using the Tingshe Tunnel of Tianba Expressway in Guangxi as an exper-imental tunnel,the dust concentration and temperature around the trolley in the tunnel were monitored and com-pared by two ventilation methods.FLUENT simulation software was used to simulate the evolution of the free SiO2 dust concentration field.The results of the study show that under the condition of installing an air quality improve-ment device and ventilation for 20 min,the high dust concentration and hydration heat phenomenon at the trolley are significantly improved.The research results have important guiding significance for improving the working envi-ronment of tunnel construction using drilling and blasting methods.
