溶胀法制备荧光微球研究进展
Research Progress on Fluorescent Microspheres Through Swelling Methods
摘要
Abstract
Swelling method is widely used as a method for preparing fluorescent microspheres with strong controlla-bility,simple operation and high practicability.This paper reviews the research progress of preparing fluorescent mi-crospheres by swelling method,expounds the basic principle and steps of preparing fluorescent microspheres by swelling method.It further summarizes the common factors affecting the performance of microspheres during swelling process,such as the types of polymer matrix,fluorescent substance and swelling agent.The improvement strategy of swelling method for optimization of fluorescent microspheres is summarized,and the application prospect of fluores-cent microspheres prepared by swelling method is prospected.关键词
