基于骨密度和临床特征分析的老年髋部骨折CT影像特征及危险因素预测OACSTPCD
CT imaging characteristics and risk factor prediction of elderly hip fracture based on analysis of bone density and clinical characteristics
目的 探讨基于骨密度和临床特征分析老年髋部骨折CT影像特征及危险因素预测模型构建.方法 选取2020年2月～2023年2月南京市溧水区人民医院收治的60例老年髋部骨折患者作为研究组,另选同期在本院体检的50例老年健康志愿者作为对照组,通常采用定量CT方法测量骨骼的CT值并将其转换为骨密度值进行分析.计算髋部和脊柱的骨密度Z值和T值,通过分析骨密度、年龄、性别、身高、体质量、BMI等临床特征,建立一个预测模型以评估老年髋部骨折的风险.结果 CT影像…查看全部>>
