基于"产科教"多主体协同的涉农高校跨学科实践教学平台构建研究
Research on the Construction of a Multi-Agent Cooperation Practice Teaching Platform for Agriculture-Related Colleges and Universities Based on the"Industry,Scientific Research and Education"interdisciplinary Collaboration

Abstract
The construction of an interdisciplinary practical teaching platform in agriculture-related col-leges and universities is of great significance in supporting the construction of new agricultural science and talent cultivation.This paper tries to define the connotation of"industry,scientific research,and ed-ucation"multi-agent cooperative interdisciplinary practice platform in agriculture,based on which the basic structure of"industry,scientific research,and education"multi-agent cooperative interdisciplinary practice system and the construction path of"industry,scientific research,and education"multi-agent cooperative interdisciplinary practice teaching platform is proposed,and takes the Agricultural and For-estry Economics and Management course in Northwest A&F University as an example,and describes the essential experience and construction strategy of constructing the"five in one"interdisciplinary practi-cal teaching platform.Finally,four initiatives are proposed to guarantee the efficient operation of the practice teaching platform:improve the organization and management with agent cooperation and clear authority and responsibility;build an input system with stable growth and diversified channels;build a reasonable structure and combined full-time and part-time faculty;and establish a scientific and stand-ardized operation mechanism with effective incentives.关键词
