多感觉刺激对缺血性脑卒中患者卒中后淡漠症状的干预效果
Intervention effect of multisensory stimulation on apathy symptoms in patients with ischemic stroke

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effects of multiple sensory stimulation in patients with apathy after ischemic stroke,so as to provide reference for clinical nursing.Methods Conveniently selected 82 patients with apathy after ischemic stroke,they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 41 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing and psychological intervention,while the experimental group received a 4-week multiple sensory stimulation therapy on the basis of the control group.The effect was assessed by Apathy Evalua-tion Scale-Informant,and Positive and Negative Affect Scale,respectively.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in apathy symptom scores and Positive and Negative Affect Schedule scores between the two groups(P＞0.05).After 4 weeks of intervention,the scores of cognitive,emotional,behavioral,and interest dimensions as well as the total score of apathy symptoms in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group.The positive e-motion scale score in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the negative emotion scale score was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion Multisensory stimu-lation can effectively alleviate apathy symptoms in patients with ischemic stroke,and improve emotional experience.关键词
