党建引领交通专业本科生创新型人才培养模式研究

Abstract
Party building leading the cultivation of innovative talents for undergraduate students of transportation majors,which is the key connotation of the construction of"transportation powerhouse"in the new era and the cultivation of talents for the Party and the country by universities.Combined with the experience of Party building work with much summing up and research,the Party branch of undergraduate students of traffic engineering of Beijing University of Technology put forward the Party building-led innovative talent cultivation model of"free flowing city,transportation powerhouse".The Party branch introduced the innovative"two purposes+double enhancement+three guarantees",the special branch working method of"green wave coordination and control",the innovative and entrepreneurial ability cultivation of"road traffic signal"and the development process of Party members,which provides new ideas to enhance the Party building work of the Party branches of university transportation students and carry out the party building-led innovative talent cultivation of transportation undergraduates.The seminar will provide new ideas to enhance the party building work of the branch of the university transportation students and to develop the party building to lead the cultivation of innovative talents for transportation students.关键词
