新工科产教融合下多样化人才培养体系研究与实践

Abstract
Since the rise of education in the new era,multiple entities have collaborated to form a deep integration of industry and education,strengthening the engineering innovation education process and talent cultivation and industrial cultivation plans.Relying on the ultra-low consumption air-conditioning system practice and research platform of Wuyi University,we explore a diversified innovative talent cultivation system,strengthen the role of school-enterprise collaborative education in innovative talent cultivation,and achieve effective multi-dimensional cultivation of students'innovative abilities.关键词
