Abstract
Objective:To explore the efficacy of different treatment methods on atypical incontinence-associated dermatitis(AIAD)after elderly hip fracture(EHF).Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the data of 105 EHF patients who underwent surgical treatment with postoperative wound complications of AIAD at Shishi General Hospital from January 2018 to December 2022.According to the treatment methods,they were divided into research group(poor eflect of conventional treatment,n=54)and control group(conventional treatment,n=51).In the control group,the wound was wet compressed with 75%alcohol,acridine yellow hydrochloride solution or Kangfuxin solution,followed by sterilized gauze covering and treatment of the affected side in its natural state.In the research group,the wounds were sprayed with silver ion biocollid dispersant(SIBD),and then covered with sterilized gauze and triangular pad or skin traction on the affected side.After 10 days,the two groups were compared in terms of the total effective rate of treatment for AIAD,the scores of wounds or perineal assessment tool(PAT),the quality of life score,and the difference in AIAD healing time.Results:Compared to the control group,the research group had higher total effective rate of treatment(P＜0.05)and shorter time to AIAD wound healing(P＜0.001).The comparison of PAT scores and quality of life score between the two groups before treatment was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).Compared to pre-treatment,the groups had lower PAT scores(P＜0.05)and higher quality of life score(P＜0.05)after treatment.And compared to the control group,the research group had lower PAT scores(P＜0.001)and higher quality of life score(P＜0.001)after treatment.Conclusions:The efficacy of wound spraying SIBD+sterilized gauze coverage+triangular pad or skin traction on the affected side for the treatment of postoperative wound complications of AIAD after EHF is worthy of affirmation and has an important value of promoting its use.关键词
