安徽宿州地区近7年体检人群幽门螺杆菌感染情况分析
Analysis of Helicobacter pylori infection among people undergoing physical examination in Suzhou,Anhui Province

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the infection situation of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)in Suzhou,Anhui Province,and analyze the change trend and its correlation with general factors,such as gender,age and season.Methods:It was retrospectively analyzed a total of 66 685 healthy people,aging from 18 to 90,from the physical examination center of Suzhou Municipal Hospital in Anhui Province from January 3,2017 to June 30,2023.The physical examination subjects were voluntarily tested by carbon breath test to determine Hp infection status,and were divided into the older age group and the middle-aged and young group according to age.SPSS Statistics 20 was used to analyze Hp infection rate and its annual change trend,and the correlation between Hp infection and general factors,such as age,gender and season.Results:The survey showed that the Hp infection rate of health checkup population in Suzhou showed a downward trend year by year(42.68%in 2017,40.43%in 2018,36.24%in 2019,32.17%in 2020,31.13%in 2021,27.42%in 2022,26.33%in 2023).Most of the patients were infected with low concentration values(98.73%of the positive patients were+and++),and the infection rate of Hp was correlated with age and gender.The infection rate of Hp from 40 to 44 years old and 80 to 84 years old was higher,showing a"double peak"pattern.Hp infection rate was 54.55%in males and 45.45%in females,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).There was no significant gender difference in the elderly group(P=0.634),and the Hp infection rate in the elderly men(59.52%)was significantly higher than that in the middle-aged and young men,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Hp infection rate has a certain correlation with the season,the infection rate of middle-aged and young people was higher in summer,while the elderly population presents a"double peak"in summer and winter.Conclusions:The Hp infection rate of healthy people in this area shows an obvious downward trend year by year,and most of them are low-concentration numerical infections.Hp infection in middle-aged and young people has a certain relationship with gender,and the Hp infection rate of elderly men is higher than that of middle-aged and young people.Hp infection rate is significantly correlated with general factors,such as age and season,which shows a certain rhythmic change.关键词
