西瓜深绿色果皮底色基因初步定位及候选基因预测
Preliminary mapping of dark green fruit rind color in watermelon and candidate genes selection

Abstract
Fruit rind color is an important appearance trait of watermelon,domestic and foreign scholars have found that the regulatory genes are different in different genetic backgrounds.Preliminary gene mapping of pericarp background color was carried out with the F2 genetic population developed by using the dark green and light green small-sized watermelon lines K2 and L1 as maternal and paternal parents.In the early laboratory phase,used a high-density genetic map to locate the FRC gene within a 2.01 Mb region.The FRC gene was located in 83.5 kb region(27 911 305~27 994 761 bp).There are 15 annotated genes in the candidate region according to the annotation information of the watermelon genome"97103V2",respectively,Cla97C08G161570 is a candidate gene for watermelon rind background color.ClCG08G017810 encodes 2-phytyl-1,4-beta-naphthoquinone methyltransferase,chloroplastic,an enzyme involved in the biosynthesis of chloroquinone.The results laid a foundation for the breeding of pericarp background color and the fine localization of pericarp background color genes.关键词
