根瘤菌对东北油豆角黄冠幼苗生长及生理特性的影响
Effects of rhizobia on growth and physiological characteristics of Northeast sanp beans yellow crown seedling

Abstract
Northeast sanp beans is a kind of bean cash crop widely planted in the Northeast of China.When planting Northeast sanp beans,rhizobia can provide nitrogen nutrition for plants to reduce the widespread use of nitrogen fertilizer,thus reducing environmental pollution.Four strains of rhizobium HG2,HG4,HG7,HG10 isolated from the early stage of the Northeast sanp beans yellow crown seedling were used as test strains,and the growth promotion effect of different strains on the Northeast sanp beans yellow crown seedling was compared by pot experiment.The results showed that through the pot experiment,the Northeast sanp beans treated with OD600=1 bacterial liquid had obvious growth promotion effects on the fresh dry quality,nodule number,nodule dry quality,plant height and other indicators.Rhizobia HG2 and HG10 had good promotion effects on the growth of Northeast sanp beans,which provided a theoretical basis for the development,popularization and application of special rhizobium inoculum for Northeast sanp beans.关键词
