可调谐腔长的Nd∶YVO4自锁模激光器OA北大核心
Tunable cavity length Nd∶YVO4 self mode-locked laser
针对自锁模激光器中标准具效应影响激光输出性能的问题,设计了一种可调谐腔长的Nd∶YV04自锁模激光器.利用单端镀膜的晶体构成腔内标准具,对激光进行选模.理论上分析了不同腔长下光谱的模式分布与其对应的时序图,实验验证了Nd∶YV04晶体的荧光谱温度特性,并分别分析了其激光光谱特性、锁模脉冲序列的时间轨迹以及频谱分布.理论与仿真结果表明:当标准具的厚度与谐振腔长的光学长度之比为b/q的简分数时,纵向模式间距可被修改为原来的q倍,并输出q次谐波锁模激光;当腔长为12.2 mm,调整标准具厚度与谐振腔长的光学长度之比为3/5时,获得了 41.4 GHz的高重复频率脉冲激光输出;当垂直方向半管为6 578 mW时,平均输出功率超过2.0 W,对应的斜效率和光对光转化率分别为31.2%和 30.7%.
Aiming at the issue of etalon effects in self-mode-locked lasers that affect laser output performance,a tunable-cavi-ty-length Nd∶YVO4 self-mode-locked laser is designed.A single-end coated crystal is used to form an intra-cavity etalon for mode selection of the laser.The mode distribution of the spectrum and its corresponding timing diagram under different cavity lengths are theoretically analyzed.The fluorescence spectrum temperature characteristics of the Nd∶YVO4 crystal are experimentally veri-fied,and its laser spectrum characteristics,the time trajectory of the mode-locked pulse sequence,and the spectrum distribution are analyzed respectively.The theoretical and simulation results show that when the ratio of the thickness of the etalon to the opti-cal length of the resonant cavity is a simple fraction of b/q,the longitudinal mode spacing can be modified to q times the original,and a q-order harmonic mode-locked laser is output.When the cavity length is 12.2 mm,and the ratio of the thickness of the e-talon to the optical length of the resonant cavity is adjusted to 3/5,a high repetition frequency pulse laser output of 41.4 GHz is obtained.When the half-tube power in the vertical direction is 6 578 mW,the average output power exceeds 2.0 W,with the cor-responding slope efficiency and light-to-light conversion rate of 31.2%and 30.7%,respectively.
