Abstract
The clinical incidence of ovarian pregnancy is low,and its prognosis is poor once it ruptures.Most ovarian pregnancies rupture in the early stage of pregnancy,leading to massive bleeding in the abdominal cavity and shock.Preoperative diagnosis of ovarian pregnancy rupture is often misdiagnosed as tubal pregnancy rupture or ovarian corpus luteum rupture.Careful exploration during surgery can lead to a clear diagnosis.Therefore,early diagnosis and treatment of ovarian pregnancy are crucial.We reported three cases of ovarian pregnancy.Among them,two cases presented with hemorrhagic shock before surgery,and a case presented with intensified abdominal pain.All patients underwent emergency surgical treatment,and intraoperative exploration confirmed ovarian pregnancy rupture.The treatment of ovarian pregnancy includes drug therapy and surgical treatment.Once rupture occurs,emergency surgical treatment is required.In clinical practice,ovarian pregnancy should be considered in patients with ectopic pregnancy,to achieve early diagnosis and treatment,and to avoid serious complications.关键词
