Application advances of MRI in neural remodeling of glioma
摘要
Abstract
Glioma is the most common malignant brain tumor in adults,characterized by high recurrence rate and extremely poor prognosis.Neural remodeling is a complex and sophisticated adaptive response of the brain during gliomas growth.Understanding neural remodeling in the brain is crucial for improving the quality of life and extending the survival time of glioma patients.Utilizing high-resolution three-dimensional T1-weighted imaging(3D T1WI),diffusion tensor imaging(DTI),and blood oxygen level-dependent functional magnetic resonance imaging(BOLD-fMRI),combined with advanced imaging analysis methods,can explore the structural and functional plasticity in glioma patients and the related mechanisms.This review summarizes the research on structural and functional remodeling in glioma patients using various MRI techniques and provides an outlook on future research directions.关键词
