放射性认知功能损害的MRI研究进展
MRI research progress of radiation-induced cognitive impairment
摘要
Abstract
Radiation-induced cognitive impairment(RICI)is one of the main symptoms of radiation-induced brain injury(RIBI).Currently,multimodal MRI techniques have been used in the study of RICI,including structural MRI,diffusion MRI,resting-state functional MRI(rs-fMRI),susceptibility-weighted imaging(SWI),and perfusion-weighted imaging(PWI),etc.These techniques can elucidate the neural mechanisms of RICI from the perspectives of brain structure,function,and microvasculature,providing new insights for drug development and early intervention.This review summarizes the pathophysiological mechanisms of RIBI and the MRI research progress of RICI.关键词
