摘要
Abstract
Under the background of"Double High Plan",the construction of"high-level and sharing-type"experimental training service platform is not only an evaluation indicator for the high-quality development of vocational education,but also a crucial guarantee for vocational colleges to perform their functions of talent cultivation,scientific research and social service.At present,there are some problems such as mismatch between talent training and industry development;substandard faculty;single function,insufficient social service ability;lack of overall planning,no multi-party linkage mechanism;weak construction foundation,etc.Vocational colleges need to reform from the following aspects:optimize the talent training mode based on industry demand;build a high-level of teachers;improve the level of scientific research,and expand the function of social service;conduct a multi-party linkage mechanism,and make overall plans for platform construction;optimize the management system,and innovate the management mode,to create a"high-level and sharing-type"experimental and practical training service platform,and promote the high-quality development of modern vocational education.关键词
