精细化护理联合八段锦对食管癌术后患者生活质量的影响
Effect of precision nursing combined with Baduanjin on the quality of life of postoperative patients with esophageal cancer

Abstract
Objective To discuss the impact of precision nursing combined with Baduanjin on the quality of life of patients after esophagectomy cancer surgery.Methods A total of 92 postoperative esophageal cancer patients at Tongji Hospital affiliated to Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology were selected through convenience sampling from May 2022 to May 2023.Using the random number table method,the patients were divided into a control group and an intervention group,with 46 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing care for esophageal cancer,while the intervention group received precision nursing combined with Baduanjin.The outcomes measured included the Kuwa Water Drinking Test assessment,nutritional indicators,Quality of Life Questionnaire(EORTC QLQ-C30),and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores before and after the intervention.Results After 20 days of intervention,the intervention group showed significant better results in the Kuwa Water Drinking Test compared to the control group(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment of dysphagia was higher in the intervention group than that in the control group(95.66%vs.76.09%P＜0.05).Both groups showed increase in BMI,PAB and ALB levels,with the intervention group showing significantly increases(P＜0.05).The scores of physical function,cognitive function,role function,social function,emotional function and total score of QLQ-C30 in the two groups increased,with the intervention group showing significantly higher improvement(P＜0.05).The PSQI scores decreased in both groups,with the intervention group showing significantly lower scores(P＜0.05).Conclusions Precision nursing combined with Baduanjin can effectively improve sleep quality,swallowing function,nutritional indicators,and overall quality of life in postoperative esophageal cancer patients.This approach is recommended for promotion in surgical nursing practice.关键词
