黄河流域9省区经济发展、产业结构与环境污染的关系
Relationship among the Economic Development,Industrial Structure and Environmental Pollution in the Nine Provincial Regions of the Yellow River Basin

Abstract
In order to realize the ecological protection and high-quality development in the nine provincial regions of the Yellow River Basin,it is necessary to study the relationship among the economic development,industrial structure and en-vironmental pollution.Based on the evaluation index of environmental pollution and industrial structure,and applying the software Eviews 10.0,the relationship between the economic development and industrial structure was evaluated,and the relationship among the economic development,industrial structure and environmental pollution was discussed.The results show that:① The index of environmental pollution of the nine provincial regions of the Yellow River Basin,showed the characteristics of increasing first and then decreasing,the index curves of environmental pollution of the five provincial re-gions of Qinghai,Ningxia,Gansu,Henan and Shandong,showed an inverted"U"type,and the index curves of environ-mental pollution of the four provincial regions of Sichuan,Inner Mongolia,Shaanxi and Shanxi,presented an inverted"N"type.The economic development level increased from 2005 to 2020,and the regional economic disparities varied signifi-cantly.The upgrading coefficient of industrial structure increased with some fluctuations.Except Qinghai and Inner Mongo-lia,the industrial structure patterns of the seven provincial regions changed from"second third first"to"third second first",the industrial structure patterns of Qinghai and Inner Mongolia were stable in"third second first".② The difference of the relationship between economic development and industrial structure was obviously in the nine provincial regions of the Yellow River Basin.In the five provincial regions of Sichuan,Gansu,Ningxia,Inner Mongolia and Shaanxi,the economic development promoted the upgrading of the industrial structure,but the upgrading of industrial structure had no significant impact on the economic development.In Shanxi,the upgrading of industrial structure promoted the economic development,but the economic development has no significant impact on the upgrading of industrial structure.In Henan and Shandong,the upgrading of industrial structure promoted the economic development and each other,but had less mutual influence in Qinghai.③ The relation curves between the economic development and the environmental pollution showed an inverted"N"type in the nine provincial regions of the Yellow River Basin,the evolution trends of the economic development level and the environmental pollution were different,the improvement of environmental pollution was not obvious with the devel-opment of economy.In the five provincial regions of Qinghai,Ningxia,Gansu,Henan and Shandong,the upgrading of in-dustrial structure inhibited environmental pollution.While in the four provincial regions of Sichuan,Inner Mongolia,Shaanxi and Shanxi,the upgrading of industrial structure had aggravated environmental pollution.Optimizing and adjusting the industrial structure,changing the mode of economic development,and increasing investment in pollution control are conducive to the sustainable economic and social development of the nine provincial regions in the Yellow River Basin.关键词
