精细化治理下体育公共服务助力乡村现代化的策略研究OA

Refined sports public service provision is a new practice direction for modernizing the governance capacity of rural sports.This paper selects five typical sample cases in Jiangsu province,and based on the analytical framework of concept-structure-tool,clari-fies the characteristics of the three elements of rural sports public services under the refined governance,the conceptual characteristics of human nature,the diversified structural characteristics,and the intelligent characteristics of the tools.The study found that the ser-vice concept is task-oriented.The study finds that the service concept is task-oriented and fragmented,the service structure needs to be improved,the service tools are not highly intelligent,and the information interaction is not obvious.It is proposed that the people-ori-ented service concept should be established,and the feedback channel of sports demand should be opened up,guarantee regularized services and strengthen evaluation and supervision,combine the characteristics of rural areas to build a higher level of public service system for national fitness,anchor the main body and stimulate the public service mechanism for rural national fitness that is,through,capable and active,upgrading digital tools to realize the intelligent development of rural national fitness public services,and depicting the bilateral picture,realizing the optimization strategy of rural national fitness public service information interaction development.
