Abstract
The bribery behavior in the field of professional sports competition is composed of upstream bribery behavior,midstream profit-seeking behavior and downstream illegal interests.There are three regulation modes:bribery crime,competition manipulation crime and fraud crime.Although the crime mode of competition manipulation has been recognized by more and more countries,but be-cause of its existence of the inherent defects that are difficult to overcome,it is a more feasible way to continue to adhere to the regula-tion mode of bribery crime.It is determined that state functionaries in professional sports competitions should clarify the core character-istics of national relevance and national representativeness as engaging in official business,and make individual judgments based on the legal interests protected by individual crimes.In professional sports competitions represented by football,officials of sports associ-ations,managers of state-owned clubs,coaches of national teams are state staff,general staff of state-owned clubs,staff of non-state-owned clubs,club athletes and coaches,and athletes of national teams are non-state staff.关键词
