芳香植物主效成分与多功效利用研究进展
Research progress on main active components and multifunctional utilization of aromatic plants
摘要
Abstract
In this paper,the main active components of common aromatic plants were analyzed,the aroma characteristics of terpenoids,aromatic family of benzene ring structure and fatty acids in aromatic components,the medicinal efficacy of phenolic acids,flavonoids and terpenes in medicinal components,and the color characteristics of flavonoids and carotenoids in pigment components were clarified;The advantages/disadvantages of extraction methods of the three main active substances including essential oils,pigments and antioxidants in aromatic plants were summarized;Further the utilization prospects of aromatic plant multifunctional components and residues in the fields of medical/medicinal use,cosmetics and food were analyzed.The main problems and research suggestions are put forward,providing new ideas for the high-value utilization of aromatic plants.关键词
