摘要
Abstract
The theory of"six Qi being transformed with Fire"includes six Qi transform into Fire,six Qi being transformed by Fire and interconversion of six Qi.It means that the Wind,Cold,Dryness and other types of Qi can be transformed from one to another with Fire in the body,and they can be transformed according to the rise and fall of Fire and can also be transformed into one another with the ac-tion of Fire.The theory emphasizes that Fire-Heat may be the pathogenesis of many diseases,which is the key pathogenic factor and an important factor for aggravation and prolongation of ischemic stroke.It is believed in western medicine that the over-activated inflam-matory response is the main factor that induces and aggravates the acute ischemic stroke.From this prospect,the Fire-Heat is closely related with inflammation,not only reflected on the dynamic change of etiology and pathogenesis of ischemic stroke,but also reflected in the principle of clinical treatment.The treatment of acute ischemic stroke is focused on clearing Heat and purging Fire,which may play a therapeutic role by interfering with excessive activation of inflammatory response.关键词
