中医药调节细胞焦亡治疗桥本甲状腺炎的研究进展
Research Progress of TCM in Treating Hashimoto's Thyroiditis by Regulating Pyroptosis
摘要
Abstract
Cellular pyroptosis may be the main cause of Hashimoto's thyroiditis(HT).Traditional Chinese medicine can reduce cellular injury,inhibit immune response and anti-oxidative stress by regulating the pyroptosis pathway,thus playing a protective role on thyroid cells.Quercetin,luteolin,forsythe forsythiae extract,Schisandrin B and other traditional Chinese medicine components are effective on HT by delaying the process of pyroptosis through a variety of mechanisms,part of which can also reduce the immune activation,immune imbalance and oxidative stress caused by pyroptosis.In addition,traditional Chinese medicine compound is widely used in the treatment of HT with its advantages of multi-target,synergistic and overall effect.However,the existing studies mainly focus on a single mecha-nism,ignoring the overall analysis and optimization of drug preparation and clinical application standards in some ways.From this pros-pect,it is essential to focus on the combination of experiment and clinical practice,as well as comprehensively exploring the mechanism and clinical application of TCM in the prevention and treatment of HT to unlock its therapeutic potential.关键词
