补阳还五汤联合醒脑开窍针刺对中风偏瘫患者认知功能和肢体功能的影响
Effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction Combined with Acupuncture of Awaking Brain to Open Orifice on Cognitive and Limb Function of Patients with Stroke Hemiplegia

Abstract
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect and safety of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with acupuncture of awaking brain to open orifice on cognitive function and limb function in patients with stroke hemiplegia.Methods:78 cases of patients with stroke hemiplegia were divided into observation group(n=41)and control group(n=37)according to the odd or even number day of admis-sion to the hospital.The control group was given Buyang Huanwu Decoction,and the observation group was given acupuncture of awa-king brain to open orifice on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The cognitive function and limb function were compared be-tween the two groups after treatment.Results:after treatment,the central nervous specificity protein(S-100β)level of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group in the same period(t=8.617,P=0.006),while the level of brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)of the control group was significantly higher than that of the control group in the same period(t=10.390,P<0.001).The blood flow velocities of anterior cerebral artery(ACA),posterior cerebral artery(PCA)and basilar artery(BA)of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome scores of walking insta-bility,limb numbness and fatigue of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The Na-tional institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS)scores of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(t=15.961,P<0.001),while the mini-mental state examination(MMSE)score was significantly higher than that of the control group(t=8.256,P=0.002).The scores of Fugl-meyer assessment scale(FMA)and Barthel index(BI)of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group in the same period(t=8.290,P=0.009;t=6.055,P=0.043).Conclusion:Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with acupuncture of awaking brain to open orifice can effectively improve the cognitive function and limb function as well as improving the life quality of patients with stroke hemiplegia.关键词
