摘要

Abstract

The formation pressure coefficient of some blocks of Xinjiang oilfield is generally low,and the coiled tube often faces the complicated situation of leakage and wellhead loss during the hydraulic sand washing operation of horizontal wells.To solve this problem,low density nitrogen foam was used to carry out coiled tube sand washing,and the foam sand washing technology was designed and the performance of low density foam liquid was tested.The field application results show that the foam has lower density than the conventional sand washing liquid phase,which can realize low pressure or negative pressure circulation and reduce the leakage.Nitrogen foam sand washing technology can meet the coiled tube sand washing operation and dredging wellhole effectively,ensure the safe and efficient operation of continuous pipe sand flushing operation,and meet the site construction requirements.
