基于煅烧磷尾矿的磷石膏无害化处理工艺研究OA
Research on harmless treatment process of phosphogypsum based on calcined phosphorus tailings
磷石膏是磷酸生产过程中的工业副产物,磷尾矿是磷矿选别过程中产生的固体废弃物,二者大量堆存不仅占用土地资源,还严重污染环境,制约了磷化工行业的高质量发展.为实现磷尾矿资源化利用和磷石膏的无害化处理,本文提出了以煅烧磷尾矿无害化处理磷石膏的新路径,探究了水洗次数、磷尾矿煅烧温度、静置时间、硅酸盐水泥掺量对磷石膏中水溶性磷和水溶性氟的固化效果,结果表明:将1次水洗磷石膏配制成质量分数30%的料浆,与850℃下煅烧的磷尾矿和0.5%的普通硅酸盐水泥混合,搅拌、抽滤后静置3 d,所得磷石膏浸出液中水溶性磷质量浓度低于仪器检出限、水溶性氟质量浓度降至7.94 mg/L,pH为8.5,达到第Ⅰ类一般工业固体废物排放标准.研究成果可为磷尾矿和磷石膏的有效处理处置提供参考.
Phosphogypsum is an industrial byproduct in the production process of phosphoric acid,while phosphorus tailings are solid waste generated in the selection process of phosphate ore.The large-scale accumulation of both not only occupies land resources,but also seriously pollutes the environment,restricting the high-quality development of the phosphate chemical industry.In order to achieve the resource utilization of phosphate tailings and the harmless treatment of phosphate gypsum,this paper proposed a new path for the harmless treatment of phosphate gypsum by calcining phosphate tailings.The solidification effect of water-soluble phosphorus and water-soluble fluoride in phos-phate gypsum was explored by the number of water washes,calcination temperature of phosphate tailings,settling time,and dosage of silicate cement.The results showed that once washed phosphorus gypsum was prepared into the slurry with the mass fraction of 30%,mixed with phosphorus tailings calcined at 850 ℃ and 0.5%ordinary silicate cement,stirred,filtered,and left to stand for 3 days,The mass concentration of water-soluble phosphorus in the leaching solution of phosphogypsum was lower than the detection limit,and the mass concentration of water-soluble fluoride was reduced to 7.94 mg/L,and the pH was 8.5,which reached the discharge standard of"Class Ⅰ general industrial solid waste".The research results can provide reference for the effective treatment and disposal of phospho-rus tailings and phosphogypsum.
